2. Service

Stockora provides shopping lists, pantry planning, product information, shared groups, and optional recipe suggestions. Features may change during beta.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and report unauthorized access. Automated abuse or disruption of the service is prohibited.

4. Shared content

Users are responsible for inviting only authorized people. Group members can edit list content. Illegal content or content infringing third-party rights is prohibited.

5. Product and health information

Nutrition facts, Nutri-Score, classifications, and AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. They provide general orientation only and are not medical or professional advice. Product packaging takes precedence.

6. Availability and beta

Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance and security measures may temporarily restrict access. The initial beta may be free. Any future paid service will display price and conditions before purchase.

7. Termination

Users can delete accounts in the app or through the public deletion page. Accounts may be suspended after review in cases of serious abuse.

8. Liability

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Where legally permitted, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to essential obligations and foreseeable typical damage.

9. Changes and law

Material changes are communicated clearly. German law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
